Please join us in celebrating the beginning of spring as we offer our first seasonal yoga mala! The start of the Spring season is a time of rebirth and new growth, a perfect time to invigorate your practice and set new intentions.
Holly will lead us through the practice of 108 sun salutations (4 rounds of 27), offering a short counter and rest in between each set. Complete as many or as few as you would like, modifications and rest is encouraged as needed. We will practice as a community and complete all 108 finishing with a long (and well-deserved) savasana.
