Jodi has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Like many, she started as way to stay fit. After a serious injury, however, yoga became a way of life. Yoga enabled her not only to rehabilitate the injury, but also to maintain her equanimity while doing so. Realizing how much the practice had done for her, she wanted to share the benefits with others. In 2012 she earned her 200 hour certification from YogaOne and began sharing this gift with others.
