Being able to share yoga with others is something Pam wanted to do. In 2013, she went through yoga teacher training and received her 200-hour teaching certification from Yoga One.
"Yoga does so much for us in ways nothing else can" - she felt it was her mission to share those benefits with others. Coming from a healthcare background made her incredibly aware of why our well-being is a combination of mind and body. Practicing yoga can change someones life for the "better." Her belief is that "everyone" can do yoga.
Pam’s teaching style is based on making her classroom inviting, tailoring postures to each students’ abilities and encouraging them along the way. She wants everyone to feel welcome and leave feeling great!
