Stacy is a full-time Registered Nurse that is addicted to providing fitness and yoga instruction to participants looking for a safe, challenging and fun class!
She has been teaching group fitness since 1991.  After years of high impact fitness her body was begging her for a change.  Stacy was initially resistant to trying yoga because she didn't think it would be "challenging" enough.  After taking her first class, she was hooked and soon started looking at how she could share her new love of yoga with others. 

In 1997, Stacy became certified to teach yoga and continues to work on growing and expanding her knowledge of this discipline.  She has specialty training in Baptiste Power Level 1, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre.  

Stacy’s classes are designed around the students.  She truly wants everyone to leave with a sense of accomplishment and will provide modifications whenever necessary.
