Beginning with a bit of background information and a grounding meditation, Brigid Brennan, an experienced yoga and meditation instructor, will guide you through a series of yoga postures, mantras (affirmations), mudras (hand gestures), and essential oils to align yourself with your best self and harmonize various aspects of your being.
