Meditation, Journaling, Slow Flow...
This two-hour workshop will include a guided meditation followed by journaling exercises to awaken a sense of gratitude within. We will move into an asana practice of postures such as twists and backbends to let go of the past so that we can open up and invite in the new. Twists wring out the body and release tension (especially beneficial after Thanksgiving indulging), and backbends invite more grace and openness to accept what is and say yes to life! This workshop will open your heart to the beauty and abundance all around you. All levels welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal and pen.
Cost: $25, advance registration is required. Regular class packages or studio intro pass may not be used for this workshop.
