Spring is a perfect time to cleanse the body physically, mentally and energetically.
Our acupuncturist Caitria, and yoga instructor Holly are teaming up to provide our community with a one hour all levels yoga class, followed by thirty minutes of guided relaxation and acupuncture. Class will begin with a short lecture about some of the benefits of acupuncture.
During an extended savasana, specifically chosen acupuncture points will be used for their proven powerful ability to ground the body's energy, encourage detoxification, and balance the organ systems while creating deep relaxation.
