If you've been wanting to start a yoga practice, but maybe a little intimidated to walk into a class, this series may be for you! This series is designed for the beginner seeking a strong foundation of the basic asanas (poses) or someone who is wanting to review the basics. You will gain an understanding of the breath, how it links movement, basic yoga poses, and proper alignment.
Classes are on Tuesdays, September 18, 25, and October 2, from 9:30-10:30am.
