Experience the auspicious passage of spring into summer with a Yoga Mala. A Yoga Mala is an age-old movement meditation that unites body, breath & mind through the practice of 108 Sun Salutations.
-The repetition of movement is the tool.-
As the practitioner moves through a mala, the whole self syncs with the movement. Old patterns and thoughts fall away and the magic of the present moment unfolds.
All yogis are welcome! Our celebration will begin with education about the significance of this auspicious day. We will then break down the Sun Salutation with options, so that each yogi can select the postures that bring them ease & comfort. Chaturangas will be omitted to love & protect the shoulders.
Cost is $20. A special ticket purchase is required. Tickets will be available for purchase beginning on June 5 when you register for the class. This class will be offered both in-person (14 spots available) and online via Zoom. A Zoom recording link will be sent out after class and will be available to watch or download for 48 hours.
