This workshop aims to enhance, strengthen and rejuvenate the mind and body while celebrating the strong vitality of summer.
Qigong is a powerful system of self-healing and energy medicine. Qigong combines gentle movement, breath exercises and meditation to cleanse and circulate the life energy (Qi). Experience how qigong practice stimulates our innate ability to self-heal, reduce stress and calm the mind.
All ages and abilities welcome. All movements are performed standing with modifications provided for seated practice.
